(More customer reviews)Tasty Bite Punjab Eggplant is delicious and spicy. Try adding a bit of plain yogurt. Serve with rice or bread (nan or pita work well) and you have a brilliant meal that costs only a few dollars. This is true of all of the Tasty Bite Indian Entrees. I wish the Tasty Bite Thai Meals came as Entrees (i.e. without the rice or noodles) so I could streach them out into a big meal by adding my own rice or noodles.
Tasty Bite Entrees are really easy to keep on hand, since they don't have to be refrigerated. Buying in bulk works well for these.

(More customer reviews)Growing up, my mom always made oatmeal chocolate chip cookies, but at some point, the recipe was lost, and I was never able to replicate them with other recipes I found. Betty Crocker's oatmeal cookie mix replicates them perfectly, and the secret ingredient in this mix is CINNAMON. BC's Oatmeal Chocolate Chip mix doesn't have cinnamon in it, so I use this Oatmeal cookie mix instead and add 3/4 cup chocolate chips to it. They are so good! My husband, siblings, and parents all devour these cookies. Amazon's price is the best, better than my local grocery store.
** UPDATE ** I thought I'd try making these cookies as bar cookies, rather than scooping and dropping onto a cookie sheet. I used an 8x8 square Pyrex pan, kept the temperature the same, but baked for 23-25 minutes. I personally didn't think they were done, too much still like cookie dough in the middle, but my husband liked them and ate the entire pan, without getting sick, I might add. This is something I just thought those of you might want to know, in case you were thinking of making these as bar cookies. I'll use a 9x13 pan next time, I think they'd come out great.

This seasoning can be found in just about every home in Switzerland and probably most other European homes but for some reason Americans don't know about it. It is one of the most versatile seasonings ever and I cant imagine cooking without it. Its a MUST for veggies, pasta, eggs, soups, salads and sauces. I wish some importer would see the opportunity it this product and market it to the whole country.

It is as though they can smell it, or see me coming, and they are like hungry sharks when I head for them with the jar of Brine Shrimp. Anyway, my mother bought these for the children for a snack and I will tell you everyone in my family who has tasted these finds them absolutely addictive. My husband and my brother-in-law now both have to have a can of these every week. They won't even share with my sister and I so we, of course have to buy our own can. lol. Our children can't get enough of them. Seriously the best cookie ever. None of us even liked macaroons before Jennies. Buy them, try them and love them, just know there isn't a patch to get help when you become addicted, but there may be enough of us to start a meeting or two. lol.

The quality of the product I bought at the store was great and I love this product not only for taste and versatility but it is low cal. However, I was disappointed in the product I received via Amazon. It seemed that the toast was very brittle and if I had to guess I bet it was because maybe it was past its prime shelf life. I will still continue to order groceries from Amazon because for the most part I have been satisfied.

Like the previous review, I thought the temperature was too high for baking, so I bake them at 325 degrees. I use 3/4 c. liquid egg substitute for the 3 egg whites, put 7 chocolate chips on each muffin top (I use Vitalicious silicone muffin top pans), and bake them about 20 - 22 minutes. With the Super Saver Shipping option, stock up...I did!

Made from a mixture of rice flour, water, and salt these are rolled out by machine to paper thinness and then dried on bamboo mats in the sun. Rice papers are used extensively for wrapping Vietnamese spring rolls of pork and seafood, which are then fried and wrapped with crispy fresh lettuce and herbs and finally dipped in a sweet, sour hot sauce. Useful Hints: Rice paper must be softened before use. Simply immerse them, one or two sheet at a time, in a warm water. Soak them until they are soft, approximately 1 or 2 minutes. Handle them carefully as the sheets are brittle. Drain them on a linen towel before rolling Make your own fresh spring rolls with our recipe. A more convenient size than you typically find, as these are 8.5" in diameter and much easier to work with than 10 or 12 inch style. We offer only the premium wrappers which are not too thin and not too thick. Simply pour warm water over thin wrap and it becomes soft. Place the wrap on a plate and stuff with your favorite vegetables (bean sprouts, sliced carrots, cucumber, fresh basil leaves, cilantro, mint leaves, lettuce) and meat if you prefer. We like to dip the final product in our special sweet chile sauce for spring rolls, or a mixture of 1/2 cup Hoisin Sauce, juice of one lime, two crushed Thai chile peppers and several cloves crushed garlic (use a mortar and pestle to crush the chiles and garlic). (More customer reviews)We've been using this bread mix for about a year, as it's the best gluten-free bread mix I've found. I usually make the sweet bread and it's very good, although it would make a great savory bread with herbs as well. I didn't even think to try to make pizza crust with it, as we were using a mix specifically for pizza crust from another popular gluten-free brand, which I didn't really like (too light and thick like a deep dish, but without flavor). I just tried Pamela's bread mix for pizza crust and it was amazing. Not too thick and a bit chewy just like "real" pizza crust. I did add the italian spices which are optional but suggested in the directions, and it was wonderful. The first decent pizza we've had since we've been gluten-free!

(More customer reviews)I took one out and it told me to put 17.5 ounces of water into a covered dish and microwave for 9 minutes (approximately the amount of time to turn dirt into lava)... so I started out pretty darn skeptical. Then I opened the powder package and it smelled like fish food from my acquarium, so amazingly the skepticism increased. After considering whether to dump them or eat them I finally had a spoonfull and it was one of the best moves ive ever made. These things are friggen deliscious, I'm a fan for life and will definately be a repeat buyer.
