Another great thing is that it's a powder that can be mixed with other sauces like soy, teriyaki, mayonnaise, you name it! whatever you want! This mustard is HOT! be careful because it will blow your nose membranes to china! unless you already live there :D WANH WANH WAAANH! seriously though, this hot mustard is king!

I have found the following additions to the mix, make this cake EXCEPTIONAL. 1/4-1/3 cup ground almonds/walnuts/mixed; 3-4 tablespoons of good quality Coco Mix; 1-2 extra tablespoons of water; and turn down the oven temperature to 335 F. after 15 minutes and extend the bake time 10 minutes [40 total min.]. The basic mix has great potential for nut and berry combinations that are compatible with rich chocolate. Ice with Coco-whipped cream, refrigerate.

(More customer reviews)The first time I had these, I was at a party and a plate of brownies passed by me -- and I said "no thanks, I can't eat wheat." The lady said "but these are gluten free" and I said "Yeah right." They looked like real brownies, and smelled (oh man, did they smell) like real brownies. She came back with the woman who made them who assured me they were. So I tentatively took one and entered into a state of nirvana that only a brownie after three years of abstinence can provide. WOW.
I've since used this mix as my contribution to the goodie table at a half dozen parties and pot locks, and they are devoured quickly... no one knows they are gluten free.
Not only are they that good, they are also easy to make (add an egg, some water, beat, bake) and easy to freeze (a package makes, I think, 16 brownies). I'm sure they carry all the caloric implications of real brownies but it sure is nice not to feel deprived from treats!

Erin Baker's Breakfast Cookie Chocolate Chunk, Vegan, 3-Ounce Individually Wrapped Cookies (Pack of 12) Review

(More customer reviews)I was so excited to get these because I thought it would be a great healthy snack to keep at my desk. I ordered these and other flavor (double chocolate chunk) and after eating a couple of each, noticed that one of the cookies had bluish green mold on it. I assumed it was a bad one in the batch. I saw on the manufacturer's website that these should be stored in the freezer since the shelf life is 90 days (due to natural ingredients and no preservatives). I immediately put them in the freezer after getting them 3 weeks earlier. The next 4 cookies I opened had that same mold on it and after I examine the rest, I found that they all were moldy. Apparently Amazon had them stored in their warehouse for a while before I rec'd them. Since there were no dates stamped on the cookies, I have no idea how long they sat in the warehouse before I got them.
I will not be ordering these again and will be wary of ordering other food products from Amazon.com. They were great about refunding my money and I will continue to purchase from amazon, just not short shelf life food items.

This product has saved heartache on birthdays and holidays. We try to only make food that he can eat,which is difficult when baking. The baking with this shortening is amazing. (More customer reviews)I've tried a few types of vegan chocolate chip cookies and was always disappointed with how bland they were--and loaded with fat and calories. These are not only the least amount of calories that I've seen for a vegan cookie of this size, but I found that these double chocolate chip cookies were better than the non-vegan ones I've had in the past! They are so, so, so good. Whoever said that you need dairy and eggs in chocolate? I have my omnivore friends and family try these cookies to show them that I am FAR from deprived! Two thumbs up and highly recommended from this vegan chocoholic.

(More customer reviews)There's something about these egg souffles that my cats go nuts over. They prefer the chicken over the salmon, but it's number two in this house. It honestly smells like real people food when you open it. It's not nasty smelling either so your kitchen smells fresh, not like dead fish laying around. Anyway, these varieties are full of good nutrition too for your cat - I supplement dry food with these for my rescue Persian and she's made a huge recovery. Her coat is gorgeous and well, Friskies is to be credited. Great, great stuff, they love it, highly recommend!

(More customer reviews)Different types of treats have different advantages. Bits of raw or cooked meat are great as a "high value" reward during initial training or for training under distraction. A softer, manufactured treat is good for rapid and involved work, when you don't want chewing to slow down the action. And a dry, crunchy treat like these biscotti provide a wonderful, practical, general-purpose solution. They don't need special storage and they don't go bad. They are low-cal. They are clean to handle. They are easy to deal with during the winter, when wearing gloves.
Regarding the user photo posted, of fractured bits of biscotti, I'd say that based on my experience that problem was likely one of poor luck with the shipping. As with any sort of dry grain food, some does end up damaged, much as is the case with breakfast cereal. Each bag does end up with some crumbs at the bottom, even in the best case. Personally, I've never felt ripped off by this, as the vast majority of the treats have been in good shape. And the crumbs can be added to the dog's food, or mixed in with peanut butter for a treat toy, to add a little interest.
