(More customer reviews)My toddler son has food allergies. He has egg & soy,plus soy-induced enterocolitis. Needless to say it's difficult feeding him since everything now a days has soy. This product has saved heartache on birthdays and holidays. We try to only make food that he can eat,which is difficult when baking. The baking with this shortening is amazing. You can not tell the difference! We use this plus egg-replacer and we all love the outcome.
