(More customer reviews)This is the best waffle mix you can buy. I was able to purchase this at Publix for years then it became hard to find. I had to purchase from a online seller buy the case. Not a problem-freezes well for over a year in box. The packs are two to a box-five waffles to a pack(min.). Add blueberries and you have yourself a great breakfest. All other store brand Belgian Waffle mix offered in every store chain pale in comparsion. The person that said this was awful... a few ideas. Heat the water you add for 1 minute in microwave- this makes the dough rise for fluffy waffles-then do the same for the butter you add to the mix ( this adds moisture to the dough) stir in blueberries and everyone here asks for seconds. My husband eats breakfest in Amsterdam six times a month and he has never complained nor made comparisions about these waffles- nothing but excellent taste with a real hint of malt flavoring.
Some math- National Breakfest Chain $7.00 for one Belgian Waffles or 10 waffles for $3.79 plus the cost of the blueberries- how can you beat that! Don't forget the fresh whipped cream!

(More customer reviews)This mix is outstanding. I also had it at a hotel and went out of my way to find it because I had never had lighter fluffier waffles. they come out everytime. So it uses butter instead of oil, big deal, that's part of the rich creamy flavor. Don't believe the naysayers, this mix is outstanding. I have been using it for 7 years and I wouldn't buy any other kind.

(More customer reviews)We have this Pancake and Waffle mix and we prepare it with Rice milk as my daughter is allergic to dairy AND Soy. It is DELICIOUS. We make Mickey Mouse shaped waffles together, She eats an entire waffle herself. I eat them too because they are SO Delicious and it is easier than making seperate waffle mixes. Plus I think they taste BETTER than regular waffles. Very light and fluffy. We are just finishing our first box (which makes 9 waffles) and I am going to order a case from Amazon because the price is excellent. I paid almost $7 for one box at a local health foods store. I haven't made them into pancakes yet, because we have a waffle iron and it's just simple. Each 1 cup of mix makes 3 waffles. We each eat one and then I put the remaining prepared mix in the fridge and it keeps until the next day or two days later to make another waffle for her. Wonderful product and I can't thank them enough. Check out their website and save the bottom of your boxes. We have Chocolate Cake Mix and frosting to try next!

(More customer reviews)This mix makes the best tasting waffles. The batter smells like vanilla; the waffles are crisp on the outside and chewy on the inside. For pancakes, the mix is a little thin and you must use more of the mix than you might need to use of some other gluten free packages, but the waffles are more than worth it. Mix is very easy to use and recipe can be cut in half using while still using a whole egg as in the larger recipe.

We add regular water at first, and at the very end Seltzer water, this way you get a very fluffy excellent waffle as a result. We highly enjoy this waffle mix and would recommend to any waffle lovers out there.
