(More customer reviews)This mix is outstanding. I also had it at a hotel and went out of my way to find it because I had never had lighter fluffier waffles. they come out everytime. So it uses butter instead of oil, big deal, that's part of the rich creamy flavor. Don't believe the naysayers, this mix is outstanding. I have been using it for 7 years and I wouldn't buy any other kind.
