Also, Steel Cut Oats from Honeville Grain - a 70 oz can for $7.99 - You can't beat this price.

(More customer reviews)I ordered these quail eggs to make the Japanese "bird's nest salad" that is one of our favorites. Then I found if you use the ginger dressing from that salad to marinate the drained eggs with diced or julienned beets you wind up with something that's even BETTER!
These canned quail eggs are just a bit rubbery/chewy on the outside which you expect from an egg which has been cooked twice. The centers are so creamy they remind you of a really great deviled egg.
I'm glad I found these eggs on Amazon because they sure aren't available in any grocery store within reasonable distance of where we live! Thanks, Amazon!

The packaging and insert gave the feel of small town artisan pride, which was truly what turned out to be in the box! These eggs make a great little healthy snack, and are super delicious. If you are in to the pickled proteins, give the red hot's a shot too. They are well made, and have lots more flavor than I have ever experienced in a red hot.

(More customer reviews)I wanted to make cupcakes, but out of eggs. I only use prime shipping usually. So, I checked and there was only the large sizes of powdered eggs on amazon in the 50.00 range. Checked again a few days later and found these, so bought 2. Glad smaller packages are available. I was able to make my cupcakes. Still have most of the first bag left too. It looks well processed and clean and just like real powdered eggs that it is. No additives. Will be buying more. Shipping was quick, and that is important to me. I am anxious to try scrambling some to see if they taste like fresh eggs. I will do a follow-up if I do.

(More customer reviews)My niece lives with several sever food allergies including eggs and nuts. This can make baked items and special holiday meals difficult to prepare for her. This product has been a great replacement in eggs for many baked items. The only difference I have noticed is that in items with a more subtle flavor there is a slight tapioca flavor provided by this product. In more strongly flavored items there is no noticeable difference. I have served baked goods with this product to larger groups of people with rave reviews.
I have tried to use this in other recipes that call for eggs, namely pad thai, and it did not work well. It created a gummy texture and muddled the flavors of the dish.
I highly recommend this product as an egg replacer for baked goods.

I tried different protein drinks and was not satisfied because they made me feel full and I was not trying to suppress my appetite, plus many of them had ingredients that didn't appear natural or had added flavoring and sugar and I am trying to stick with natural products. I was already eating egg white straight from the egg but was getting tired of that and decided to give this product a try. I now use this everyday, I put it in my freshly juiced vegetable juices, I add it to my freshly juiced smoothies and it is great. I even put it in my oatmeal and bake it for a real treat adding agave nectar as a sweetner. I am very satisfied with this product and would highly recommend it to anyone trying to increase their protein intake and not trying to suppress their appetite. I would also recommend it for anyone just looking for a cleaner way to crack an egg and use just the egg whites.

(More customer reviews)I've been using this egg replacer for over a decade. First as a vegan and now just because I have a few friends allergic to eggs and it is easy to keep on hand. I prefer to use it in muffin, pancake and cake recipes that call for egg. I've used it both as instructed (combine with water first) and I've just sifted it with my dry ingredients and obtained excellent results. If you have a recipe for vegan cupcakes for example that tend to crumble, just add 1.5 teaspoons to the dry ingredients in your recipe and this just might fix the problem! Recently I found out that I have Celiacs and so I've also been using the egg replacer in gluten free recipes, also with excellent results!
