(More customer reviews)I bought these special malted milk balls to use on a sweet table for an upcoming special event. Unfortunately, they arrived badly damaged. There was very little packing in the box - nothing to protect this large bag of somewhat delicate candy - and so a significant amount of the milk balls are chipped and broken. I submitted a request for replacement/refund - Amazon responded very quickly and I received my new batch in a day. It was in significantly better shape.
