It is SUPERB pasta with exceptionally good flavor. The linguine does cook up very quickly -- 3-4 minutes, tops, and you really don't want to overcook this. This is not your mother's dried pasta -- it cooks up more like fresh, so keep an eye on it until you get a feeling for how long it takes.
I'm hoping Amazon keeps this in stock for a long time -- I'll be a repeat customer for sure!
