I first bought it at my local Korean market, but when they stopped carrying it I only found it at Amazon and have ordered from there ever since. My Grandchildren love it as much as I do. I always add the egg which makes it extra rich. The flavor is as good as any I've had at a good Chinese restaurant. It's quick to make and you can use it as a last minute dish if you need a quick addition to your meal. YUM!

(More customer reviews)This cake mix can easily result in a deliciously moist or unappetizingly bone dry cake depending on the oil used. I used 1/2 cup of Canola oil in my first attempt to make this cake and it yielded a bone dry cake with an unappetizing flavor that seemed substandard even for a gluten and dairy free cake. In my second attempt to make this cake I used 1/4 cup of Olive oil and 1/4 cup of Coconut oil and it yielded a moist cake with the most delicious flavor and mouth feel! It was even indistinguishable from normal chocolate cake! After refrigeration, the moist cake became dry, likely because of the coconut oil that hardens in cooler temperatures, but quickly reverted back to its deliciously moist self when warmed.
I would happily cook with this cake mix again and serve it to my non-allergen-challenged friends and family!

(More customer reviews)Until recently I have been buying the Vitakraft egg stick treats locally here in Hawaii, but for some unknown reason the local distributors stopped deliveries to the retailors and I now have to go on-line to purchase this product.
The product is excellent my birds love them, they can't get enough of them. But because I am in Hawaii shipping costs are outrageous for the continental US 48 states shipping is sometimes free or at a moderate cost. but to ship to Hawaii costs as much as $25.00 to ship an item that only weighs a few ounces. I thank you for your very tasty product, but isn't there a less expensive way to ship.

Certainly not the cheapest, but once you have tried it you will find that this pasta is a s good or better than freshly made. And it cooks so fast that your sauce may not be ready at the same time! I hate to admit it, but it is worth the $$$$ price!

(More customer reviews)The spectra paste food colors are simply fantastic. They provide a depth and clarity of color that is impossible to achieve with liquid food colors. And the hues are beautiful and distinctive. The black and red, two colors which are very difficult to get when dying frostings, etc. are especially nice - probably the best of any manufacturer I have tried.
For those who had questions, I am not 100% certain about the sizes, but if the set is the same as mine, the bottles are 3/4 ounce. While that might not seem like much, all you need is a dot of this thick gel paste at the end of a toothpick to color large amounts of material. So there is plenty of coloring ability in each bottle - many, many times more than a same sized liquid food color bottle.
Highly recommended and at a really good price at the time of this review.

(More customer reviews)I have switched to a low fat diet (all kinds of fat). I get 1 eating right broccoli slaw package canola oilin my scanpan garlic ginger paste , onions (optional), pour in the contents broccoli, cabbage, carrots or similar (loads of veggies to choose),
then oyster sauce and low sodium soy sauce, a teaspoon of each per 2 cups of veggies, stir fry for 10 minutes max and voila Chinese veggies. Drop a few drops of rice wine vinegar and pull the noodles out of the micowave (7minutes on high in my Fastapasta) and Dinner for 2 or 2 nites!!!! Sriracha sauce optional. All done in 15 minutes 0000 saturated fat and delicous.

(More customer reviews)Okay, there is something I'm not crazy about with this mix: made as directed the batter is too thick, making doughy pancakes. Even when I add extra milk, it quickly thickens up again.
BUT, with enough extra milk and cooked before the batter can re-thicken, these really taste as good as regular mixes, better than Whole Foods' "365" mix (where egg is optional but you really miss it if it's not there), and 'way better than the recipes we've tried with egg substitutes. This is a blessing for my son who loves pancakes but is allergic to eggs, and for the rest of us who aren't allergic but just love pancakes on a Saturday morning.

They bring back warm happy memories of food in my mother's kitchen. Noodles were our "potatoes" and I highly, highly recommend these. Safeway has them for 5.99 each, so this is a great bargain. I've made them with just a little butter over them, and have even added some pesto sauce. Great to be able to order a case - thank you Amazon!!
