This pasta really is hair thin, with the perfect texture and taste, and yet surprisingly substantial as a meal. Each box contains four or more nests, each of which makes enough angel hair for two or more people.
Delicious, and maddeningly hard to find in my local markets, so I'm thrilled to see it here on Amazon.
