(More customer reviews)It is almost impossible to find Hollandaise sauce in a market. Trader Joe's had some wonderful stuff, but discontinued the product for reasons unknown. I am gluten intolerant, so cannot use what products I could find on the store shelves. The only brands I found contained wheat.
This is a product that contains NO WHEAT, RYE or BARLEY. It comes ready to use. Just pour out what you need and heat it in the microwave. Storing in the fridge thickens it up, so it isn't easy to pour.
I love eggs Benedict, and after being diagnosed with Celiac had not been able to enjoy this treat. I buy Glutino English muffins (delicious!).
