Before I discover this mix on Amazon I always bought it in Whole Food Store.
I like this mix and when I am doing the pancakes they came very delicious and fluffy.
Just one small secret: Try to add the Seltzer water instead of regular one.

It's spicy but doesn't burn. Pleasantly garlicky. My family is hooked, and we put it on everything. Try it on grilled fish for something a little different.

You can find the recipe for that cake on the BC website. It used to be on the back of the box, but I think they replaced it with something else. (More customer reviews)I have been vegan for about two years. i love desserts and suffice it to say the selection of vegan offerings leaves much to be desired. These cookies are moist and chewy and not too sweet. Not too salty either as I have come across that. Not too oily. Vegan cookies can be too sweet and either too dry or too oily. There is a delicious coconut undertaste - the chocolate fools you into thinking it is milk. I like chocolate but most vegan chocolate is very dark or has a nasty rice dream aftertaste. If I were not vegan I would eat these - no crave these. My Whole Foods cannot keep this line in stock. Crazed sweet toothed vegans periodically raid the store and buy it out. Then we are back to boring fig newtons and dark chocolate bars (mmmmmm). Anyway - try it. I plan to buy from amazon now since I cant go too many weeks without a fix.. cheers

-"Vegan!? There's no way!"
-"But these taste good!"
-"Huh? What's a vee-gun? Can I have another cookie?"
-"Vegans are stupid. Now give me another cookie."
No other vegan cookie can even touch Uncle Eddie's. Buy them for your family and rejoice in the organic ingredients, the good-for-the-planet company and the no-cholesterol health benefits. You don't even have to tell them about the vegan thing if you don't want to.

(Lack of preservatives make these cookies, like many organic products, go stale a bit more quickly than chemically preserved cookies. Enjoy within a week or so after purchase is my tip.)

(More customer reviews)I love this coffee cake mix. Because I don't have a problem with dairy, I use good old-fashioned butter in place of the dairy free stuff. I also make mine in cupcake tins...one pack makes 12 muffins. I then wrap each one in saran wrap, put them all in a freezer bag and pop them in the freezer. Each morning, I put one in the microwave for 30 seconds and have it for breakfast. Delicious and portion controlled!

Not only does it come with multiple varieties of Bacon Salt, all excellent by the way, but included is a jar of Baconnaise and Lipbalm. I am not a huge fan of the Lip Balm, but it is a novelty item and won't kill you.... so far. The Baconnaise is super-fantastic (in the Arnold voice). It is the envy of every coworker in the building. I recommend the Baconnaise on a cracker of your choice and sprinkled with some flavor of Bacon Salt. Why? Because everything should taste like Bacon. Bacon is what all meat strives to be. J&D did right when they made this product. God Bless them....every one!

They bring back warm happy memories of food in my mother's kitchen. Noodles were our "potatoes" and I highly, highly recommend these. Safeway has them for 5.99 each, so this is a great bargain. I've made them with just a little butter over them, and have even added some pesto sauce. Great to be able to order a case - thank you Amazon!!
