(More customer reviews)Tastes just as good as homemade fresh pasta and cooks almost as quickly. The pasta itself is very light and airy but it is sturdy enough to stand up to hearty, thick sauces. The flavor is superb - rich flavor but not heavy or pronounced so it won't compete with whatever sauce with which you serve it. (However, I prefer it with a drizzle of good olive oil and a sprinkling of parmigiano-reggiano)
