The types of noodles you use in soup do change the flavor, these enhance the soup flavor. They take a little longer to cook than other pasta but very well worth it. Best to buy online here as 1.00 cheaper each bag if you buy from the store; even cheaper than ordering direct from Manischewitz as they charge the same amount for the bag as in the store plus they charge for shipping (this can be up to $15.00), at a Amazon this item qualifies if you spend $25 or more shipping is free!
