(More customer reviews)I was a bit hesitant to try this item at first, but I was really surprised by the way it turned out. The pasta has a good consistency and the sauce is tomatoey. It doesn't take forever to make, like some gluten free pastas, and it is easy to make, especially when I am travelling. It is what it is - a quick side dish, or a main course if you add some beans or meat to it while it cooks - and all you really have to add is water.
