(More customer reviews)I used to love love love Brach's malted milk balls. The genuine milk-chocolatey coating would melt in your mouth. In the spring of 09 I decided to buy a bag because I had a craving. I did not know that Brach's had been bought out by Farley and Sathers. These tasted so badly that I thought that I had perhaps received a "bad batch"; a production mistake. I contacted Farley and Sathers and left an email with the customer service department saying how I could not believe that they had changed a recipe that was absolute perfection to begin with and that the difference in the taste was so severe that they were sure to lose customers over this. I asked them to please change back to Brach's original recipe. I received a box of assorted other Farley and Sathers candies along with a pacifying letter a couple of weeks later. Today (late August 09) I bought another bag of malted milk balls, hoping that perhaps they had changed the recipe back to the original. No luck. Will have to throw this bag out too. Everyone who agrees that this candy product is bad should contact the customer service department at Farley and Sathers (listed onthe back of the product bag) and let them know exactly how they feel.
