My husband is an avid BBQ eater, viewer, wanna be judge, and quite honestly, I prefer his creations over anything we've eaten at a restaurant. I digress from my review to give you that facet of our history in order to say other than a rub that we make to test, this is what we use now and for as long as we've had a grill. Usually the rubs we have made pass by the way side b/c we prefer this to anything else we've tried.
