I have been waiting for this product to reappear. My daughter who is a vegetarian
loves the kelp caviar, so when I saw that it was available I ordered one of each of the flavors for her.

An instant success at the San Francisco Fancy Food show earlier this year, Kelp Caviar continues to take the food industry by storm, garnering praise from chefs and critics alike. This delicious vegetarian caviar is produced in Canada, using seaweed as the primary ingredient. Even though two of the flavors are named Sturgeon and Salmon, this caviar is made strictly form plant extract to creat a 100% vegetarian product. Kelp offers not only an alternative caviar experience, but also incredible health benefits, all at an extremely affordable price.
There are currently four flavors available: Sturgeon, Salmon, Spicy Chili and Truffle, all of which bring taste and versatility to the table. Great for appetizers, crepes, salads, shrimp pizza and baked seafood, though our favorite has to be with eggs (see recipe).
