(More customer reviews)I like Spaetzle. They go nicely with many main dishes and are good in basic soups as well. Bechtle's are cut very small, which makes them less of a plump, cushiony noodle like a true home-made spaetzle might be. I thinik it is a matter of personal preference, but I tend to prefer a larger, longer noodle. Noodles are to hold onto gravies and sauces and this one is adequate but not as satisfying as other brands.
