SF BRINE SHRIMP SHRIMPERY Review

I have never grown shrimp before and have no clue what I'm doing but this made it SUPER easy. My teeny little African dwarf tadpoles are happily eating them up!
You empty the packet into the bottom square, fill with water and stir. You fill the cup on top with water, put the cap on (it has a tiny hole) and flip it upside down. As the shrimp hatch, they swim into the fresh water cup on top to get to the light. I had baby brine shrimp in less than 24 hours.
It says you can pour directly into the tank because the cup on top is fresh water but just to be sure, I suction them from the middle (so as to not get shells) and filter them through a coffee filter so I'm not adding a ton of potentially brackish water to my delicate tadpoles.
I have no idea if they'll get moldy, but I have been stirring the bottom part every time I siphon some off to feed the tadpoles and I don't see any problems yet.
update: The second batch didn't produce hardly any brine shrimp so I lean towards thinking it is the hatch mix they give you with it, not the hatchery to blame. The first round did give me a ton of baby shrimp but only for about 36 hours. If you're using this to feed tadpoles or fry, you probably need more than one to assure a steady population.

The package you get looks way different, but all the baby brine shrimp are there. 6 grams is a ton more than I expected. There is enough in there to supply a newborn fry up to their adulthood.
