(More customer reviews)We actually bought these locally for the holidays and they've been a total hit. The bag is so huge, you can open it and rebag them or box them for smaller packages.
It really is a delicious Belgian chocolate - we used to live in Belgium, which made me a chocolate snob, and I think many of the gold coins are nothing more than that cheap, waxy tasting stuff or equivalent to a drug store candy bar.
These, on the other hand, have the rich flavor of good chocolate, smooth and creamy, and the coins make them a good size for an occasional treat if you are otherwise likely to overindulge.
I would definitely recommend them.
There must be 150+ pieces in the bag - I took one to a huge party (about 150-200 adults and kids), spread them around on all the tables and the buffet, and there was definitely enough to go around (granted, all the kids hoarded, adults didn't eat too many). Of course, IMO, good chocolate like this is often wasted on kids! LOL
Oh yes - the beautiful bag also makes an excellent, reusable gift bag - we used it a few times during Chanukah.

(More customer reviews)These little cookies are super tasty. Reminds me of a Nilla wafer, but lighter flavor and not so "heavy". These are light and crispy, full of a nice vanilla flavor. I am also pleased the Ian's brand is including more organic products to their brand, which has been mostly "natural" up till recently.
While they are not good for you per say, they are a way healthier alternative than the regular junk food, cookie aisle fare.
They do contain eggs, for those with allergies or aversions.
My only complaint is the packaging, these small 100 calorie snack packs are alright for small children. But a snacking grown up will go through these really quick!

It doesn't take forever to make, like some gluten free pastas, and it is easy to make, especially when I am travelling. I fell in love with its salty, fishy, granular goodness in Italy a couple of years ago. It's wonderful on pasta, salads, omelets. It's not easy to find even shopping online. This dried tuna roe has been a wonderful treat, and an excellent value for the price.

Based in Erice, a small fishing village on the Northwest coast of Sicily, Conservificio Tre Torri continues to specialize in the preparation of fish by artisanal methods handed down from generation to generation. Vincenzo Macri somehow is able to procure a part of the supply of local tuna fished around the nearby island of Favignana. This is no easy feat. The majority of the catch is bound for Tsukiji---Tokyo's wholesale fish market. This is no ordinary tuna. This is Mediterranean Bluefin. In springtime tuna migrates from the Atlantic to the warmer Mediterranean waters. In this way, Tre Torri manages to prepare bottarga made from local tuna eggs. The whole egg sac is properly washed and salted and then dried in the sun. Nothing could be simpler. The final product's taste and quality depends upon the balance in the salting and the drying. Easy to say, hard to do. A pinch of salt less than necessary and the precious sac rots; a day longer in the sun, and it dries up.Dried tuna roe has a flavor that is stronger than grey mullet roe. It can be taken right out of the jar and eaten very simply with bread or added to omelets, rice or mashed potatoes.

Bob's Red Mill Gluten-Free Homemade Wonderful Bread Mix, 16-Ounce Packages (Pack of 4) Review

(More customer reviews)This mix saved my life. After being diagnosed with celiac disease, I tried all the "great" gluten-free bread machine recipes I could find (I am awful at baking bread by hand). They were all uniformly and unequivocally TERRIBLE. They were dense, didn't rise properly, caved in at the top or sides, etc etc etc. They also all tasted very gluten-free.
This mix, though is wonderful. It rises, sticks together very well for a fluffy gluten-free bread (it still has the tendancy to fall apart if not toasted), makes wonderful croutons and stuffing, browns properly and only occasionally caves in a little bit.
Things I have learned with this mix that help it a great deal:
1. Let the loaf sit in the bread machine for at least 20 minutes after it stops baking. (I have the standard Oster bread machine that was popular when the bread machine rose to popularity.)
2. Make it with rice milk. To me, cow's milk and almond milk taste funny with this recipe.
3. Let it cool for a good long while, it is very moist and will fall apart if you try to slice it immediately.
